These Terms of Service govern your use of SciFlow™, operated by Nascent Pharma Consulting Inc.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SciFlow™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
SciFlow™ provides regulatory planning and submission metadata management tools for life sciences organizations. The platform is designed for non-GxP regulatory planning activities.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
- Not upload regulated clinical data or patient information
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to SciFlow™. We process your data solely to provide services as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
5. Limitation of Liability
SciFlow™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate service with written notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted or returned as specified in our Data Processing Addendum.
